**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic **Branding & Marketing Manager** to develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance the institution’s brand visibility, engagement, and reputation. The role involves creating compelling campaigns, managing digital and traditional media, overseeing brand identity, and ensuring alignment with institutional goals.

**Key Responsibilities: Branding & Strategy**
- Develop and implement a **comprehensive branding strategy** to position the institution effectively.
- Ensure **brand consistency** across all touchpoints, including digital, print, and events.
- Conduct **market research** to analyze trends, competitor strategies, and audience needs.
- Craft key messaging and brand storytelling that aligns with the institution’s vision and mission.

**Marketing & Communications**
- Plan and execute **marketing campaigns** to enhance awareness and enrollment.
- Oversee the institution’s **website and social media platforms** to drive engagement.
- Develop high-quality **marketing materials** (brochures, videos, advertisements).
- Collaborate with PR teams to maintain a strong **public relations strategy**.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
