Treasury Business Partner

We are looking to hire a Treasury Business Partner for our team

**What you will be doing**:
**Cash Management and Forecasting**
- Supervising and facilitating the weekly cash-flow forecast from business divisions in conjunction with the existing team.
- Generating reporting on cash-flow forecasts, liquidity, and FX requirements including % hedge report.
- Analyzing the cash reporting.
- Focusing on cash pooling and ensuring outlying accounts regularly move funds to the main group pools for central usage.

**Treasury Management System**

**Banking**
- Assisting business divisions with the opening, closing, and maintenance of group bank accounts.
- Maintaining a register of Travelopia bank accounts.
- Producing the quarterly banking audit reports and distributing them to the businesses.
- Becoming familiar with online banking systems administration to support teams around the world.
- Initiate relevant treasury bank transactions.

**Bonding & Regulatory**
- Assist with the managing of the bonding/, letters of credit and bank guarantee process as part of the regulatory compliance requirements of the group including liaising with the business divisions. Become a key contact for the USTOA bond and the seller of travel licenses.
- Track and report on all existing instruments and prepare documentation for new instruments.

**Administration & Reporting**
- Assist with monthly treasury reporting.
- Undertake general treasury administrative tasks as required.
- Undertake online banking administration as required in particular supervise the team mailbox for any issues in the US.
- Undertake TMS administration as required.
- Maintenance and development of treasury policy both for the businesses and group.

**Treasury Dealing**
- Be able to complete FX trading via FXAll online trading platform, and become comfortable with commodity trading.
- Ensure all facility and limit requirements are met prior to the initiation of any transactions.

**Relationships**
- Providing support to the Head of Treasury and Group Finance Functions.
- Day-to-day interaction with external banking partners.
- Interaction with business unit finance staff with respect to banking, hedging, bonding, and cash-flow forecasting.
- Point of contact for external auditors regarding bank confirmations.

**What we are looking for**:

- Partial or complete ACT qualification or equivalent.
- Significant experience in a mid to large corporate treasury environment
- Strong communication skills, must be able to communicate optimally and build strong relationships with the Group’s internal business divisions and relationship banks
- Ability to balance priorities and focus on delivering objectives against tight deadlines
- Experience with a Treasury Management System, external dealing systems, online banking systems, and general finance systems is required. Other finance systems e.g. SWIFT is good to have
- Experience in liquidity management
- Knowledge and experience in FX, cash management, and external funding facilities
- Solid understanding of financial risk management and hedging operations
