Join us as a Treasury Associate
- In this critical role, you’ll support the delivery and integrity of Treasury finance controls and regulatory information.
- You’ll play an important part in mitigating financial risks and controls for our Treasury products in line with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- You'll be exposed to a wide range of stakeholders, putting you in a unique position to build a credible professional network that will open the door to excellent career opportunities
- We're offering this role at associate level

**What you’ll do**:
In your new role, you’ll deliver daily financial controls for Treasury and manage any changes. This includes preparing a consolidated view of our exposure to non-traded market risks and understanding any drivers.

You’ll understand the valuation of different Treasury products and perform independent price verifications. You’ll also engage with different stakeholders across our business to understand and deliver on their requirements.

You’ll also:

- Perform required controls designed to mitigate the risks associated with ledger
- Assess if the existing control framework is sufficient to mitigate risks
- Properly document hedge account relationships per the IFRS
- Manage one or more business models, delivering a view of interest rate exposure to both internal and external stakeholders covering regulatory requirements and internal management specifications

**The skills you’ll need**:
To excel in this role, you’ll demonstrate an understanding of Treasury products and derivatives, both from a business understanding of what the product is and what it might be used for, and how the IFRS accounting for such products works.

You’ll also have:

- An understanding of banking products
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills
