US, UK, Singapore and Australia. **Position Overview**: At Thoucentric, we work on various problem statements. - The most popular ones are - Building capabilities that address a market need, basis our ongoing research efforts - Solving a specific use case for a current or potential client based on challenges on-ground - Developing new systems that help be a better employer and a better partner to clients - All of these need the best of minds to work on them day-to-day; and we do exactly that - Your contribution to organization development is as important as outward facing consulting. - We are invested in both, employee growth and client success **Requirements**: **Responsibilities**: - ** Solution Validation**: - Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and other stakeholders to validate the accuracy and effectiveness of our financial software solutions in relation to tax and/or treasury functionalities. - Conduct comprehensive reviews and assessments of software features related to tax and/or treasury processes, identifying any discrepancies, gaps, or compliance issues. - Provide expert input on the development and enhancement of software features to ensure they meet the latest tax and/or treasury regulations and best practices. - ** Regulatory Compliance**: - Stay up-to-date with the latest tax and/or treasury regulations, standards, and compliance requirements at local, regional, and international levels. - Advise the development team on incorporating tax and/or treasury-related regulatory changes into the software solutions. - Perform regular audits of the software to ensure ongoing compliance with relevant regulations. - ** Documentation**: - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to tax and/or treasury functionalities within the software. - Develop user guides, manuals, and training materials to facilitate user understanding of tax and/or treasury processes within the software. - ** Cross-functional Collaboration**: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, quality assurance, and customer support, to ensure a seamless integration of tax and/or treasury features into the software. - Provide expertise and guidance during product planning and development phases to ensure alignment with tax and/or treasury requirements. - ** Issue Resolution**: - Investigate and resolve any tax or treasury-related issues reported by users, ensuring timely and effective solutions. - Work closely with customer support teams to address customer inquiries and concerns related to tax and/or treasury functionalities. **Qualifications**: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
