**Responsibilities**:

- **
Solution Validation**:

- Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and other stakeholders to validate the accuracy and effectiveness of our financial software solutions in relation to tax and/or treasury functionalities.
- Conduct comprehensive reviews and assessments of software features related to tax and/or treasury processes, identifying any discrepancies, gaps, or compliance issues.
- Provide expert input on the development and enhancement of software features to ensure they meet the latest tax and/or treasury regulations and best practices.
- ** Regulatory Compliance**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest tax and/or treasury regulations, standards, and compliance requirements at local, regional, and international levels.
- Advise the development team on incorporating tax and/or treasury-related regulatory changes into the software solutions.
- Perform regular audits of the software to ensure ongoing compliance with relevant regulations.
- ** Documentation**:

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to tax and/or treasury functionalities within the software.
- Develop user guides, manuals, and training materials to facilitate user understanding of tax and/or treasury processes within the software.
- ** Cross-functional Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, quality assurance, and customer support, to ensure a seamless integration of tax and/or treasury features into the software.
- Provide expertise and guidance during product planning and development phases to ensure alignment with tax and/or treasury requirements.
- ** Issue Resolution**:

- Investigate and resolve any tax or treasury-related issues reported by users, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Work closely with customer support teams to address customer inquiries and concerns related to tax and/or treasury functionalities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CTP) preferred.
- ** For Tax SME**: In-depth knowledge of local, regional, and international tax regulations, compliance, and reporting requirements.
- ** For Treasury SME**: Extensive understanding of treasury operations, cash management, liquidity management, risk management, and financial instruments.
- Proven experience (X+ years) working in tax or treasury roles, with a track record of successfully managing and implementing tax or treasury processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address issues within complex financial software solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and explain tax and/or treasury concepts to non-experts.
- Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
- Ability to adapt to changing regulations and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
