**About the Role**:
**We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SME/Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in understanding and documenting business requirements for various banking projects, ensuring successful project delivery and operational efficiency.**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Analysis**:

- **Conduct thorough analysis of project scope, objectives, and feasibility.**:

- **Gather and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders (e.g., product owners, end-users, management).**:

- **Create process flows, data flow diagrams, and other relevant documentation.**:

- **System Analysis**:

- **Analyze existing systems and identify areas for improvement.**:

- **Evaluate and recommend suitable solutions based on business needs and technical feasibility.**:

- **Work closely with development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.**:

- **Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).**:

- **Provide post-implementation support and training to end-users.**:

- **Domain Expertise**:

- **Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of banking operations, including**:

- **Core Banking**:Flexcube Upgrade, IRIS**:

- **Channels**:Bank Dashboard, Corporate Internet Banking, SMS/Missed Call Banking**:

- **Customer Onboarding**:C-KYC, V-KYC, Precision-Biometric Authentication**:

- **Payments**:SWIFT, CCIL, Rubix**:

- **Treasury**:Treasury Operations, Treasury Applications**:

- **Risk Management**:AML, Credit Risk Management System, RBI Reporting, Audit Management**:

- **Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes.**:

- **Communication & Collaboration**:

- **Excellent written and verbal communication skills.**:

- **Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.**:

- **Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.**:

- **Foster strong relationships with business and IT teams.**:
**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.**:

- **5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking domain.**:

- **Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.**:

- **Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).**:

- **Proficiency in using business analysis tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).**:

- **Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.**:
**Preferred Skills**:

- **Experience with specific technologies mentioned above (Flexcube, IRIS, SWIFT, etc.)**:

- **Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements.**:

- **Experience with data analysis and reporting.**:
