**Role Challenge**:

- Act as a business partner
- Guarantee the control of the risks and the financial flows of my company.
- Optimise the financing and their costs
- Manage the company's credit policy and credit limit, manage the internal and external flows (cash in and out) in India, consolidate and analyze monthly cash flow forecasting.

**Responsibilities**:
**Develops and deploys business strategies**
- Sets up and deploys funding solutions
- Understands the business needs and provide solutions accordingly
- Optimise and vary financing solutions, Guarantee the bank and cash services for each store in India, Optimization of our financial cost
- Work on deploying knowledge development and best practices sharing.
- Negotiate the financing facility of each retail subsidiary according to their working capital needs and investment planning.
- Guarantee security of payments in different currencies in respect of Indian FOREX regulations and explain new FOREX regulations whenever it is necessary.
- Guarantee the availability of treasury operations for each store. Arrange essential training to the store cashiers.
- Be involved in the whole retail development project.
- Analyze, manage and anticipate the exchange risk on currencies, propose and execute appropriate hedging operations with financial institutions
- Ensure the control of the financial flows
- Ensure the financial optimisation
- Carry out the intercos of the current accounts
- Carry out the bank reconciliation reports
- Analyse the financial result
- Ensure no qualifications during audit
- Provide my skills as an instructor within my area of activity (complementary)

**Knowledge**

- Knowledge of purchasing strategy elaboration processes and tools
- Deep understanding of negotiation processes
- Understanding of legal implications and RBI regulations
- Mastery of digital tools

**Experience**
- 3 to 4 years Experience in Treasury
- Experience in Managing large cross-functional teams and functional management.

**KPIs**
- Cashflow Accuracy at 90%
- Respect Payment terms
- Risk management
- Clean IDPMS & EDPMS management

**Salary**: ₹120,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
- Treasury management: 3 years (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Relocate before starting work (required)
