**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Estimation and Planning**:

- Estimate and evaluate residential and commercial painting projects, developing comprehensive plans and schedules.
- Generate project schedules and ensure all elements of the physical work are on track.
- **Operational Oversight**:

- Manage and organize multiple painting projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and professional completion of client requests.
- Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to design plans, budgets, and quality expectations.
- Ensure safety policies and safe work practices are followed by all team members.
- **Team Leadership and Coordination**:

- Delegate and supervise staff effectively, ensuring clear communication between staff, clients, and management.
- Promote open communication among the team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Train, mentor, and motivate employees to achieve high performance and maintain safety standards.
- **Client and Stakeholder Communication**:

- Communicate daily with staff, clients, and management to address any concerns and provide updates on project status.

**Business Development**:

- Promote LZ Paint’s services on marketing platforms to build potential clientele and expand market reach.
- Establish objectives for the business and formulate or approve policies and programs to drive growth.
- **Budget and Performance Management**:

- Assist with the development of annual budgets and operational standards aligned with strategic business goals.
- Evaluate performance, provide coaching, and resolve any grievances to maintain a high level of service quality.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure all projects meet the expected level of quality and are completed on schedule.
- Work directly with staff to ensure all physical work aligns with project specifications and client expectations.

**Requirement & Qualifications**:

- Management or supervisory experience
- Ability to show up on time and complete projects daily.
- Experience in budgeting and handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong English language, other languages considered a strong asset
- Ability to work in all-weather/environmental situations
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the painting industry.

Pay: ₹9,212.67 - ₹28,022.55 per month
