**Job Title: Sales Executive**

**Location**: Okhla Phase 1

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Present and promote TradePapaa digital products (membership packages, lead generation tools, advertising, etc.).
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up with client’s post-sale to ensure service delivery and satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams (customer service, operations, etc.) for smooth onboarding.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new product offerings.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in digital or advertising solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in selling SaaS or digital marketing products.
- Knowledge of the B2B or e-commerce industry.
