**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Business Development**: Identify and target potential B2B clients, generate leads, and expand the company’s client base.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- **Market Research**: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- **Consultative Selling**: Understand client requirements and propose customized import/export solutions.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with logistics, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- **Reporting**: Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all transactions comply with international trade laws, regulations, and company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the import/export or logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and supply chain management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Hindi Languages + other local is added Advantages.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of global markets and cross-border trade practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with sales reporting and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
