**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the preparation and presentation of Indian cuisine dishes.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards and meet guest expectations.
- Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff, ensuring they follow kitchen policies and procedures.
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards in line with FSSAI and company regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new recipes and menus.
- Monitor inventory levels for Indian cuisine ingredients and report shortages to the Sous Chef.
- Ensure the correct storage and handling of all food items.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Diploma or certification in culinary arts or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Indian cuisine preparation, preferably in a hotel or fine-dining restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of Indian spices, cooking techniques, and regional cuisines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality dishes.

**Work Schedule**:

- Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per operational requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
