**Job title: Sales Controller**
**Role: Sales controlling**
**Reporting to: HOD**
**Location: Pune**
**Experience Minimum 4-5 years**

**1. Purpose of the Position**
- To improve the profitability.
- To ensure proper reconciliation of sales accounts.
- To create and monitor Midterm plan.

**2. Major & Direct Responsibilities & Duties**
- Computation and preparation of final Product costing (Based on bill of material & process) - Sales Controller
- Computation, preparation and analysis of Business Cases - Sales Controller
- Regularly updating databases pertaining to Cost Calculations, Price Amendments and

Business Cases. Share the inputs with KAM and Sales Coordinator - Controller
- Computation and preparation of product costing for periodic price amendments, taking into account fluctuations in input costs - Sales Controller
- Prepare & Reporting of Monthly Reports, such as, Scorecard, MIS, Voss Perform, Sales

Analytics etc. to Management and Subsidiary - Controller
- Prepare Mid Term Sales Budget
- Support in analysis of business cases to aid negotiations and close the bids

**3. Academic Qualifications**

**Essential Desirable**

BE/ B.Com. with ICWA

**4. Work experience & skills**

**Essential Desirable**

A minimum of four to five years of
A minimum of two to three years of experience in costing of components experience in sales controlling and assemblies

Exposure to the Automotive industry
Exposure to work in SAP

Negotiation Skills

**5. Personal Qualities & Behavioural Traits**

Operating staff in VEAPL Functional & operational coordination

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Shift:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- costing of components exp in sales controlling & assemblies: 4 years (required)
- SAP: 2 years (required)

License/Certification:

- cma (preferred)
