We are currently seeking a highly talented and driven Service Desk Technician to join our IT team.
**Performance Objectives**
- Take ownership of solving software and hardware related issues for local and remote staff
- Work as a team on Service Desk projects and manage tasks accordingly to implement organization-wide changes.
- Take the lead on managing and maintaining systems utilized by IT Service Desk (CrashPlan, Carbon Black, Mimecast, Office 365, Intune, and more)
- Update and contribute concise documentation of issues, solutions, and processes to grow the service desk solutions library
- Provide quick and concise solutions to end users on their issues.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for IT-related systems and procedures
- 4+ years of experience, explicitly supporting Windows-based environments (MacOS and Linux desirable)
- Intermediate level experience with handling security response and security remediation.
- Intermediate to Expert level experience supporting Microsoft Office 365
- Meticulous, analytical, and organizational skills with proven ability to multi-task
- Ability to work both independently and within a team structure
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The desire to travel among branch offices and to industry events
