2. Understand, prepare, and execute sales plans and sales targets

Key Job Responsibilities - 1) Territory Planning& Sales Budgets 2) Selection of People 3) Monitoring Performance 4) Team Development/Team Building 5) Devise and executive effective Sale Promo Strategies and Systems 6) Analysis for Data for Decision Making 7) Provide best customer Services 8) Achievement of Efforts and Result Oriented Targets 9) Reporting

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Field sales: 5 years (preferred)
- EdTech: 6 years (preferred)
- B2B sales: 5 years (preferred)
- Management: 5 years (preferred)
