Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Create and implement BTL marketing strategies tailored to our jewellery products, focusing on targeted consumer segments. - Campaign Management: Design and manage promotional campaigns, events, and in-store activations to boost product visibility and sales. - Partnerships: Establish and maintain relationships with retail partners, influencers, and local businesses to enhance brand presence. - Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive analysis in the jewellery industry. - Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging marketing materials, including brochures, banners, and digital content for campaigns. - Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. - Budget Management: Manage the BTL marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI. - Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and drive customer acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in BTL marketing, preferably within the luxury goods or jewellery sector. - Strong understanding of the jewellery market and consumer behaviour. - Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns and events. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools
