Marketing Intern (On-Field) - Powai

Location: Powai, Mumbai
Position: Full-time Internship (On-field only)

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic on-field Marketing Intern to support and strengthen our BTL outreach activities in Powai. The intern will actively engage with residential communities, doctors,, and other TG clusters to enhance brand visibility and drive enquiries for our preschool and childcare services.

In addition to on-ground execution, the intern will contribute ideas and localised strategies based on area exploration and observations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute on-ground BTL marketing activities within Powai and nearby catchment areas.
- Visit residential societies to distribute flyers, conduct activations, and coordinate for tie-ups and events.
- Reach out to doctors, paediatricians, maternity hospitals, and local businesses for partnership opportunities and lead generation.
- Explore the local area to identify new catchment pockets, potential societies, clinics, and activity centres for future outreach.
- Contribute local insights and ideas for marketing strategies based on area exploration and parent interactions.
- Support help desk setups and event management during residential activations and local exhibitions.
- Capture leads systematically and share timely updates with the marketing team.
- Share daily visit reports, observations, and ideas to refine BTL strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate/undergraduate (or student on break) with an interest in marketing and fieldwork.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi (local language a plus).
- Comfortable with extensive on-ground travel in and around Powai.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and confident in engaging with parents and community stakeholders.
- Ability to contribute ideas and strategy inputs while executing on-ground plans.
- Available for a minimum of an 3-6 month internship period.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
