**Brief about the Team**

**What will you do**
- Visit hospitals, meet doctors, patients, patient coordination.
- Enroll patients to patient support program by collecting required documents form them.
- Management of patients in the given geography by maintaining constant communication, send reminders for next drug cycle, collection and submission of documents on time
- Keeping patients informed about schemes, document requirements, Value added services
- Patient Navigator for Respiratory Care is responsible for providing personalized guidance.
- Support to patients diagnosed with respiratory conditions, ensuring they receive appropriate care, education, and resources.

- Strong understanding of respiratory conditions and their management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Proficiency in healthcare systems and patient management tools.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach
