**IMMEDIATE REQUIREMENT for**

**Job Title**: Field Executive - Community Development

**Reports To**: Community Development Manager

**Location**: Chennai

**Job Summary**:The Field Executive will play a pivotal role in supporting the Community Development Manager in outreach, organization, and execution of in-field programs. This position involves active engagement with communities, efficient coordination of on-ground activities, and ensuring successful program implementation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Community Development Manager in planning and executing community outreach activities and programs.
- Coordinate with local communities, stakeholders, and partners to facilitate smooth program delivery.
- Ensure logístical arrangements and on-ground resources are in place for scheduled programs.
- Monitor the progress and impact of in-field programs, documenting and reporting key insights.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community members and leaders to foster trust and collaboration.
- Address and resolve any on-ground challenges or issues that may arise during program implementation.
- Support the organization in identifying new community needs and areas for development.
- Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and events as required.
- Maintain accurate records of all field activities and submit timely reports to the Community Development Manager.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Must have a two wheeler and able to move independently.
- Proficiency in Tamil and familiarity with the local culture.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the program area.
- Prior experience in community outreach or fieldwork is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, development studies, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse groups.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.

**Work Hours**:Full-time, with flexibility required for community engagement activities that may occur outside standard office hours.
