Role : Field Marketing Executive

Marketing Executive Requirements

£ Knowledge of using tools for marketing.
£ Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
£ Understanding of market research techniques, statistics methods, and data analysis.
£ Knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing strategies.
£ Proficient in CRM and MS Office.
£ Excellent coordination and communication skills.
£ Strong time-management and organizational abilities.

Roles and Responsibilities
£ Plan and complete field marketing campaigns after conducting preliminary research
£ Creating a comprehensive and unique market plan that outlines the strategies to achieve the company’s sales and branding goals.
£ Improve the existing marketing plans and strategies.
£ Focuses, develops and maintains a brand image in the market.
£ Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve the product and services.
£ Use various metrics to KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
£ Negotiations skills
£ Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
£ Manage social media activity surrounding field marketing campaigns
£ Report Daily/weekly/monthly on the status of field marketing activities

Location : Chennai, Coimbatore, Hosur, Trichy, Madurai

Industry : FMCG - Food

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Graduate in any discipline.
£ Any Degree with Previous experience in sales, marketing, or any other similar field in FMCG Industry
£ 0-5 years sales experience preferably from FMCG Industry
£ Internship experience and previous entry level experience will as be considered as working
experience for this role.
£ Should be energetic and able to speak clearly and write and speak in Tamil & English (Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam also Preferable)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
