**Roles and Responsibility**:

- To ensure recruitment, training, set action, and targets, appraise and manage performance, development, coaching, and general support of all team members to ensure targets are met.
- This role expects him/her to lead strong cross-functional stakeholder management to translate customer insights into marketing efforts and enhance customer value.
- Conduct comprehensive industry trend analysis, including market, competitive, and pricing trends.
- Ensuring effective branding of the organization and events is done through various mediums as and when required.
- To make proper utilization of reports and their effective analysis for strategic thinking and execution. Develop sales enablement tools and train sales teams to win in the category.
- To achieve the given revenue and targets of the allocated category of exams.
- Set strategic category direction based on customer and business needs & develop the core positioning and messaging for the category.
- Manage owned-media content and drive banner revenue through list growth, segmentation, and increased efficiency.
- Drive, manage, and track sales productivity initiatives and online marketing campaigns for the said category.
- Drives Business growth, and Market Share of the specific category with strong product, competition, and consumer analytics.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate/B-Tech in Engineering.
- Desirable: CAT/ Banking/ SSC Exam Experience
- 2-3 years of Category management experience with E-commerce / Edtech organizations
- Deep business acumen and a strong problem solver
- Excellent data analysis, data interpretation, and first principle problem-solving approach
- Creative bend to conceptualize engaging YouTube videos, messaging for Social Media/SMS/WhatsApp/Mobile App, and Sales Pitch
- Strong cross-functional stakeholder management
- Ability to take initiative in a constantly changing work environment and a generalist with a do-what-it-takes mindset
