**Key Responsibilities**:

- Customer Engagement: Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions.
- Sales Transactions: Accurately and efficiently conduct sales transactions, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of all products and services offered, effectively communicating features and benefits to customers.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Sales Goals: Strive to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Merchandising: Help maintain attractive store displays, replenish stock, and ensure the sales floor is organized and visually appealing.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties such as processing orders, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate sales records.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals and support the overall sales department objectives.
- Feedback and Improvement: Provide feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and areas for improvement to the sales team and management.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- 0-1 year of experience in sales, retail, or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills; familiarity with sales software/CRM systems is a plus.
