**Designation -** Associate / Senior Associate

**Experience - **Min 1.5 years in investment product Sales (Broker & Sub broker experience is must)

**Salary range**:

- Upto 6 LPA + Incentives

**Location**:

- Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Mehsana, Surendra nagar, Rajkot, Jamnagar, Anand, Nadiad, Vapi, Valsad, Kolkata, Guwahati

**Roles & Responsibilities -**
- The role involves identifying & empaneling CAs, Ex-Bankers, Ex-Wealth Advisors, Insurance agents and Finance professionals and empaneling them as Independent Financial Distributors with the company.
- Should be NISM - VA certified (preferred to have not must)
- Incumbent with previous experience in handling investment related products like Mutual Funds /Fixed Income / Life & General Insurance
- Training new empaneled IFDs to effectively use digital platform and Mobile app for providing Knowledge on Primary Market Products (like MF, NFO’s, IPO’s, NCDs, Capital Markets products, Bonds and Corporate Fixed Deposits, etc.)
- Training and driving IFDs to achieve sales of financial products on ongoing basis

**Core Skills & Experience Requirements -**
- Good communication
- Training and driving IFDs to achieve sales of financial products on an ongoing basis
- The person should have a good understanding of client (IFDs) needs in Primary market products.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹450,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
