**Job Summary**:
**Role**:
- Sources, hires and recruits manpower as per the requirement.
- Establishes and reviews standards and work procedures for all staff.
- Plans work and staffing schedules and areas of work to ensure adequate services are rendered.
- Conducts the hiring process; interview, hiring and training of new associates.
- Orients, develops, and supervises all supervisory/housekeeping staff.
- Conducts regular inspections and makes recommendations to the facility.
- Conducts monthly reporting of goals, accomplishments, and future plans.
- Provides staff education and continuous training.
- Communicates with staff, administration, and other departments.
- Respond to all client requests, problems, complaints and/or accidents in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner. Follow up to ensure client satisfaction.
- Motivate, coach, counsel and discipline all Housekeeping personnel according to company standards.
- Ensure compliance to training standards using the steps to effective training according to company standard.
- Maintain a regularly scheduled cleaning program (i.e. floor care, hard cleaning, deep cleaning, etc.) and maintain a detailed checklist for each client's needs.
- Maintaining and control all housekeeping equipment.
- Assist in conducting monthly supplies and cleaning supplies inventories.
- Ensure consistency within your department.
- Develop employee morale and ensure training of Housekeeping personnel.
- Coordinate inspections daily of client facilities, and ensure that some spaces are inspected with supervisors on a daily basis.
- Assist in conducting monthly and quarterly Housekeeping inventories on a timely basis.
- Ensure clients privacy and security through correctly following company procedures.
- Manage all work orders and assignments of Housekeepers. Follow up on work orders to ensure timely completion.
- Assist in reviewing Housekeeping staff's worked hours for payroll compilation and submit to HR on a timely basis.
- Assist in preparing employee Schedule according to business forecast, payroll budget guidelines and productivity requirements.
- Maintain a professional working relationship and promote open lines of communication with managers, employees and other departments.
- Ensure implementation of all company policies and rules.
- Manage and organize large projects (including large team cleaning services).
- Attend weekly staff meeting and provide training on a rotational basis using steps to effective training according to corporate standards.
- Ensure that employees are, at all times, attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all clients, managers and other employees.
- Maintain key control system for house keys.
- Manage and Review Housekeeping schedule of services on a daily basis.
- Assist in maintaining an organized and comprehensive filing system with documentation of purchases, vouchers, schedules, forecasts, reports and tracking logs, billing.
- Ensure completion of regular maintenance and cleaning projects.
- Ensure overall client satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Proven team management experience; sector-specific manpower sourcing/hiring experience is mandatory.
- 4 years of support services, security, housekeeping, and/or facilities maintenance experience.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in support service related field with high customer/client contact.
- Administration, service delivery and operations management.
- Knowledge of security & safeguarding, general maintenance & cleaning methods and operating requirements.
- Strong negotiation and procurement skills.
- Contract management.
- Space management.
- Energy management.
- Proven track record of managing client’s sites is required.
- Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to multi-task and establish priorities.
- High-end set of skills for operations & maintenance is mandatory.
**Experience**:
- Experience of 4+ years in managing and maintaining security, housekeeping & facilities services in a reputed infrastructure.
**Salary**:
- Rs. 12,000/ - to Rs. 20,000/- gross monthly. PF, ESI, Gratuity & Bonus paid by company in accordance with the respective Acts.
