This role involves overseeing field operations, ensuring site discipline, supervising teams, and maintaining smooth coordination with stakeholders. --- ### **Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and monitor field-level operations across project sites.
- Ensure timely execution of assigned tasks as per company protocols.
- Maintain discipline, security, and coordination on the ground.
- Conduct inspections and report any field-related issues.
- Liaise with local authorities, vendors, and company departments.
- Submit daily reports, attendance, and other records as required.
- Ensure team compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Handle any emergency situations calmly and efficiently. Requirements: Must be an 1.Ex-Serviceman. 2.Strong leadership, discipline, and communication skills. 3.Willingness to travel or relocate as per project requirements. Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools preferred. Physically fit and mentally alert.
