**Job Title**: Security Field Officer
**Salary**: ₹20,000/month

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years in a security-related role or field operations.
- **Transportation**: Own a bike (mandatory).

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Field Officer to oversee and manage security operations at various client sites. The role requires frequent travel to monitor security personnel, ensure compliance with company policies, and address on-site concerns effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular site visits to inspect security operations and personnel performance.
- Ensure proper deployment of security guards and adherence to duty schedules.
- Address client queries, complaints, and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of site inspections and incident reports.
- Train and guide security personnel as required.

Skills Required:

- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and quick decision-making.
- Proficient in report writing and documentation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹20,001.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
