**Job Summary**
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- You will take ownership of warehouse QMS (Quality Management Systems) including change control, Incident, CAPA (corrective and preventive actions), DOCHUB, iSLATE, I-create and PAS|X.
- You will be responsible for following up receipt, issuance, storage and reconciliation of Raw and Packaging materials.
- You will be responsible for area cleaning, weighing balance calibration schedules, document issuance and retrieval, Time & Date synchronization activity, closure of quality/cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) non-compliance observations, maintaining discipline at shop floor operation, and cleaning of all equipment and qualification of all new equipment.
- You will act as a Liaison with Govt. authorities like Customs, State Excise, and Statutory auditors for routine matters.
- Your responsibilities also include team building and teaching, preparation and delivery of presentations, and implementing other responsibilities by the department head.
- You will be responsible for preparation of department budget as per the plan and control of CAPEX (Capital Expenditure) and OPEX (Operational Expenses) as against budgeted value.
- You will ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) requirements of the department.
- You will ensure inventory control and online transactions in SAP.
Warehouse operations through WMS.
**Qualifications**
**Educational qualification**:A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
**Minimum work experience**: 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in warehouse management, with a strong focus on quality management systems, regulatory compliance, and team leadership

- Good administrative skills and knowledge of warehouse activities and Finished Goods related activities.
- Competency in preparing department budgets, controlling CAPEX and OPEX, and ensuring adherence to budgeted values.
- Commitment to ensuring compliance with GMP, SHE requirements, and liaising with government authorities for routine matters.
- Proficiency in managing warehouse QMS, including change control, Incident, CAPA, DOCHUB, iSLATE, I-create, and PAS|X.
