**Capgemini is actively seeking an Agile Dev Team Member III to join our dynamic team serving a prominent U.S. Insurance Carrier.**

This position requires a proactive individual with a strong technical aptitude, capable of collaborating within a fast-paced Agile environment.

**Requirements**:
**Total Work Experience**: 5 years and above

**English Proficiency**:Fluent

**Required Education**:Bachelor's degree

**Essential Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Agile Methodology, with appropriate training or certifications.
- Understanding of emerging technologies and quality engineering processes.

**Software / Tool Skills**:

- Designing and developing scripts for Automation Testing using tools such as Selenium, Playright and Appium or others - Intermediate
- Designing, creating, maintaining Performance Testing Scripts and Test suites in Jmeter/LoadRunner - Advance
- Selenium, Playwright and Appium - Entry Level (1-3 Years)
- Strong verbal communication, listening, and presentation skills.
- Open to new ideas and proactive in personal and team development.
