**Position Overview**:*

**Key Responsibilities**:*
- Engage with customers via chat box to provide prompt and accurate responses to their
queries and concerns.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of our products, services, policies, and procedures
to effectively assist customers.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, recommendations, or
guidance.
- Utilize active listening skills to fully comprehend customer inquiries and provide
personalized support.
- Handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of
professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
- Document interactions, transactions, and customer feedback accurately in our CRM
system.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer support processes by
sharing insights and feedback.

**Qualifications and Skills**:*
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a keen attention to
grammar and spelling.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to finding solutions.
- Customer-focused mindset with a genuine desire to assist and satisfy customers.
- Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations, ensuring a positive customer
interaction.
- Proficiency in multitasking and effectively managing time to meet response time targets.
- Familiarity with using chat-based customer support platforms or willingness to quickly
learn and adapt.
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in chat-based interactions, is a plus.
- Quick learner with the ability to grasp technical and product-related information.
- Flexibility to work in a 24/7 support environment, including weekends and holidays if
required.

**Education and Experience**:*
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a chat-based role, is beneficial but
not mandatory.
- Proficiency in using office software and familiarity with CRM systems.
