**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle - sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiation, and offer management.
- Build strong talent pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and social media.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver within deadlines.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Graduate / Postgraduate with **1-4 years of IT/SAP recruitment experience**.
- Strong understanding of SAP modules such as SAP ABAP, BASIS, FICO, SD, MM, HCM, SuccessFactors, Ariba, etc.
- Hands-on experience with **job portals (Naukri, Monster, etc.) and LinkedIn sourcing**.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with **target-driven approach**.
