Sales Representative - Retail Furniture

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at [Your Store Name]. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and professionally, assess their needs, and provide expert guidance on product selection.
- Present products effectively, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Participate in team meetings and sales training sessions.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the retail furniture industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiastic and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
