Bindusara Industry is a growing manufacturing company engaged in the production of **decorative paints, industrial coatings, and plastic buckets**. With a focus on quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction, we are expanding our footprint in the Pune region and looking for passionate sales professionals to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Promote and sell **Bindusara Paints** products to dealers, distributors, contractors, and retail outlets in the Pune region.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations, color consultations, and technical presentations to clients.
- Manage collections and ensure timely payment from customers.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit weekly reports to management.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams for smooth delivery and order fulfillment.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- **Education**: Minimum HSC / Graduate (preferably in Marketing, Business, or related field).
- **Experience**: 1-5 years of field sales experience, preferably in **paints, building materials, or construction products**.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Must own a **two-wheeler** and valid driving license.
- Strong local market knowledge (Pune region).
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with the ability to work independently.

**Salary & Benefits**
- **Salary**: ₹18,000 - ₹30,000 per month (based on experience) + Incentives + Travel Allowance.
- **Incentives**: Performance-based monthly/quarterly incentives.
