As a Pre-Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, playing a crucial role in lead generation and client engagement. **Key Responsibilities**: - Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential clients and provide information about our real estate projects. - Qualify leads and schedule site visits for the sales team. - Maintain and update customer databases and follow up on leads. - Explain project details, pricing, and features to customers. - Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and lead conversion. - Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries efficiently. - Work towards achieving monthly targets and company goals. **Requirements**: - 0-2 years of experience in pre-sales, telecalling, customer support, or a similar role (real estate experience is a plus). - Strong communication and persuasion skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is an advantage.
