**Role Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Conduct detailed assessments of clients’ physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- **Therapeutic Interventions**:

- Implement evidence-based therapies to enhance clients’ daily living skills and functional independence.
- Provide sensory integration, fine motor skills training, and assistive device recommendations.
- **Goal Setting and Progress Monitoring**:

- Establish achievable goals in collaboration with clients, families, and caregivers.
- Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and document outcomes.
- **Collaboration and Education**:

- Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team, including physical therapists, speech therapists, and educators.
- Educate clients and families on strategies for continued development and integration into daily life.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records in compliance with legal and organizational standards.
- Stay updated on best practices and new developments in occupational therapy.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- **Certification**: Valid occupational therapy license or certification.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay

**Experience**:
