Position: Occupational Therapy Executive Experience: Fresher (Experience is a plus) Salary Range: Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience

Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team at a reputable hospital in Chandigarh as Occupational Therapy Executives. As an Occupational Therapy Executive, you will work closely with Occupational Therapists to assist in the delivery of high-quality occupational therapy services to patients. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of others through occupational therapy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist Occupational Therapists in conducting assessments and evaluations of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional capabilities.
- Support in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
- Provide assistance during therapeutic interventions and exercises.
- Help patients with activities of daily living (ADL) and teach them adaptive strategies.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation of patient progress and treatment activities.
- Ensure a safe and clean therapy environment for patients.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (freshers are welcome to apply).
- Knowledge of basic occupational therapy principles and techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems is a plus.

Work Schedule: Full-time position with flexible shifts (daytime shifts)
