Compliance Executive

A Compliance Executive ensures that an organization adheres to legal standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. This role involves monitoring, implementing, and updating compliance programs to maintain the integrity of the organization's operations.

Responsibility:Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards.Develop, implement, and update compliance policies.Conduct audits and identify compliance risks.Report and address compliance breaches.Train employees on compliance requirements.Maintain records and prepare compliance reports.

Requirements:Strong knowledge of regulatory laws and compliance standards relevant to the industry.Attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with employees and regulators.Good command on excel (Vlookup,Filter,Pivot Table etc.).

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Environment Engineer.1-2 Years experience of working in compliance executive.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
