Job Summary:
As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial activities of our organization. Your duties will include managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. You will work closely with other members of the finance team to maintain accurate financial records and provide support for various financial activities.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Record day-to-day financial transactions including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
2. Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
3. Process invoices, expense forms, and other financial documents accurately and efficiently.
4. Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries on a regular basis.
5. Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
6. Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
7. Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial records.
8. Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.
9. Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and implement necessary adjustments.
10. Provide support to the accounts manager in various financial activities.
11. Assist in audits and financial assessments as required.

Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. Proven experience in accounting or finance role, preferably as an Accounts Executive or similar position.
3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
4. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
5. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
