- Ensure that all dishes are prepared with attention to detail, taste, and presentation.
- Collaborate with management to create and update the Kerala Cuisine menu, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- Source and select fresh and quality ingredients for cooking Kerala dishes.
- Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of ingredients to maintain freshness.
- Adhere to strict hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards in the kitchen.
- Maintain a clean and organized cooking area, following food safety protocols.
- Taste and evaluate dishes to ensure they meet the established standards of taste, quality, and authenticity.
- Present dishes attractively and in line with Kerala Cuisine aesthetics.
- Pay attention to plate presentation and garnishing techniques.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely preparation of dishes.
- Accommodate special requests and dietary restrictions while adhering to Kerala Cuisine principles.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of cooking experience, with a focus on Kerala Cuisine.
- Extensive knowledge of Kerala dishes, cooking techniques, and flavor profiles.
- Ability to recreate authentic Kerala recipes and flavors.
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Excellent culinary skills and attention to detail in food preparation.
- Creativity in presenting dishes and exploring variations within Kerala Cuisine.
- Team player with effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Flexibility in managing various aspects of cooking and food preparation.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
