**Job Location**: Indore | Full Time | Work from Office
**Salary Range**: 2 LPA- 3.6 LPA
**Experience**: 6 months or 1+ years
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and prioritize the CEO's calendar, schedule, and correspondence.
- Facilitate effective communication between the CEO, executives, and staff members.
- Coordinate and align the activities of various departments and teams to ensure organizational goals are met.
- Monitor tasks the CEO assigns to team members, ensuring assignments are completed within the given timelines. -Regularly follow up and provide progress reports on tasks.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences.
- Take care of the CEO's LinkedIn profile, which involves sharing updates, connecting with professionals, and actively engaging with the LinkedIn community to strengthen our online presence. [Here is the link to our CEO's LinkedIn profile:
- Connect with companies and professionals on LinkedIn to present services, forge partnerships, and promptly and professionally reply to messages.
- Keep the CEO informed about the progress of current projects, performance metrics, and other important updates.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
