**Job Description**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Jira / Jira Align Tool Oversight and Management
- Adding Program Increments
- Managing the deleted items in Jira Align
- Deleting Features, Stories, Tasks, and iterations in JA
- Builds new boards/projects for teams
- Identify Inactive Jira Boards
- Jira Service Now Ticket Vetting
- Handle board configuration requests
- Work in the RDO Ticket board and assign to RDO Members

**Qualifications**:

- Jira / Jira Align Experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to Think out of the box / critical thinking
- Bachelor's Degree in business, technology, or related field
- Embraces agility, flexibility, and ambiguity.
- Strong team orientation and ability to collaborate.
- Has a strong customer-oriented attitude while driving change and results.

**Preferred **Qualifications**:

- Typically requires 3 of more years of experience in IT.
- Experience with Power BI.
- Experience with IT standards such as ITIL, SAFE, Lean, CMMI, SDLC is a plus
- Experience as a software tool admin
