**Position Summary**:
**Job Description**:

- Gather requirements for business processes, and determine ways to optimize/improve JIRA/Confluence/BitBucket build and configure
- Provide support for JIRA and Confluence.
- Understanding of JIRA APIs and webhooks, integration with various CI/CD tools.
- Work with business users to evaluate JIRA and Confluence plug-ins, determine licensing needs, and perform testing, installation and configuration of the plug-ins
- Utilizes design skills to define JIRA workflows and the related screen schemes for complex and high impact projects
- Implement Jira Dashboards, Confluence templates.
- Provide access to Users on Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket.
- Support and configure JIRA plugins as required
- Work on groovy and adaptive script runner plugin.
- Generate documentation on workflows and processes implemented in JIRA to support runbooks
- Create JIRA projects, queries and reports as required

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 years experience in Atlassian tools support and administration.
- Experience in Groovy and adaptive Scriptrunner plugin.
- Experience and knowledge of Integration of Jira/Confluence and Bitbucket with various DevOps tools.
- Good in Shell/Python Scripting.
- Good in Atlassian tools REST API and webhooks.
- Ability to create complex JIRA workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, notification schemes.
- Should be good in Linux commands.
- Understanding of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Sonar.
- Having experience in working with stakeholders on customizing JIRA workflow, integration and reports.
