**Job Description**:
Experience - 5+ Years to 7 Years

Role
- Administrator L3

Location - Pune, India

JD Duties and responsibilities
- Setup, upgrade, maintain our Global Jira Software, Service Desk and Confluence setup including cleanup activities, backup troubleshooting and indexing.
- Ensure high availability and performance of the Global Jira and Confluence.
- Install and configure add-ons and plugins as required.
- Setup integrations to other software engineering tools as required.
- Support users in on boarding, creation and modification of projects, issue types, permissions and roles, workflows, boards etc
- Provide guidance on how to configure projects, workflows, boards to teams who are new to Jira.
- Gather the user feedback, evaluate the feedback and recommend and execute improvements.
- Good communication skills ,since client facing role
