Over 3 years of experience in Atlassian Jira administration, including workflow and field customization. Proficient in Groovy for Jira scripting and automation with Scriptrunner Experience in JavaScript, Java is advantageous Good experience with JQL Experience with ASPICE is an advantage(TM1)  Skilled in integrating innovative methods and automation into Jira processes. Open, communicative team player with experience working in global teams. Basic knowledge of agile frameworks, with practical experience in Scrum and Kanban. Strong English communication skills for global training and documentation. Supporting the Project Teams in (TM3) preparing project reports and dashboards to track project progress and performance metrics. Assist in maintaining PMO standards, best practices, and methodologies in Jira to improve project efficiency and quality. Provide training and guidance on PMO processes in Jira (TM4) and tools to project team members as needed. Ensure consistent and transparent communication with stakeholders on project status, risks, and changes within Jira.
