**Modular Kitchen/Furniture Installation Supervisor**
- 2-4 years experience minimum in supervising modular installation.
- Should be from Hyderabad

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with team to complete tasks;
- Provide excellent customer service to clients;
- Resolve any issues that may arise on site;
- Change Management - Communicates change effectively;
- Delegation - Sets expectations and monitors delegated activities; Provides recognition for results;
- Attendance/Punctuality - Ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent;
- Positive, high-energy operating style and strong work ethic;
- Quality - Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; Looks for ways to improve and promote quality;
- Managing People - Fosters quality focus in others; Improves processes, products and services;
- Natural team player with unquestioned integrity and business ethics;
- Customer Service - Responds promptly to customer needs; Meets commitments;
- Teamwork - Able to build morale and group commitments to goals and objectives; Support everyone’s efforts to succeed;
- Prior management experience in an operational role preferred;
- Technical Skills - Strives to continuously build knowledge and skills; Shares expertise with others;
- Five years prior technician/installation work experience is essential.

**Requirements**:

- Delegation;
- Knowledge in the conveyor installation process;
- Creating and keeping deadlines;
- Ability to conduct himself in a courteous, knowledgeable, and professional manner;
- Autocad experience a plus;
- Ability to lead team to complete given project;
- Trained in first aid;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Schedule development;
- Read and interpret blueprint drawings, submittals and specifications;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Management of team;
- Any use of hoists is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹29,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
