Salary Range: 4 - 6 LPA

Job Description:

We are seeking skilled and motivated Technicians / Site Supervisors with 12 years of hands-on experience in industrial installation and services. The selected candidates will be deployed at various client sites across India and are expected to manage site-based activities, installations, and related tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute installation, servicing, and commissioning of industrial systems as per the project requirement.
  • Supervise and coordinate site work with contractors and internal teams.
  • Support senior engineers and project managers during site execution.
  • Maintain documentation and daily reports of the work done at the site.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site.
  • Travel and stay at project locations for extended durations based on project needs.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: ITI or Diploma in Fitter, Civil, or Mechanical.
  • Experience: 1 - 2 years in industrial installation or related field.

  • Languages:

  • Mandatory: Proficiency in English and Hindi

  • Additional knowledge of regional/local languages will be an added advantage.

  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively and be stationed at various project sites.

  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.

  • Added Advantage (not mandatory):

  • Knowledge of cleanroom products/standards.
