Senior Manager/ Regional Manager :

  • To have full responsibilities on Regional Installation activities of various projects, Monitoring and Controlling resources, procurement, quality, ensuring customer satisfaction on our product through engineers and supervisors
  • Project cost control - Planning resources and equipments in efficient way to control the project cost.
  • Cost Projection - Projection of resources requirement and expenses in the beginning of project through estimation.
  • Project Revenue - To coordinate with the customer for timely payment and submitting payment application on time for smooth cash flow.
  • Quality objective - To ensure the quality of product via stage wise quality checks
  • Customer Satisfaction - Timely coordination with customer and timely completion of project with good quality will keep the customer satisfied
  • Safety objective fulfillment responsibly
  • Technical Matters - To oversee all technical matters and liase with manufacturer on all technical matters, shipment schedules etc.

Deputy Manager Installation :

  • Controlling Planned resources and equipments in efficient way to control the project cost.
  • Responsibility of Project management and installation activities for the assigned projects.
  • To ensure Health and Safety of technician by conducting initial safety induction, regular tool box talk, weekly safety meetings, safety patrols and safety rewards.
  • Efficient Coordination with customer and timely completion of installation with good quality.
  • Handling technical matters at site and monitoring/ handling manpower/ team for assigned projects.
