Position: Site Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily on-site installation activities for interior projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
- Coordinate with the Site Incharge and project managers to allocate resources effectively and optimize workflow.
- Lead and motivate installation teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor work progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies at the worksite, promoting a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Maintain accurate records of materials usage, manpower deployment, and site incidents.
- Communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to coordinate project activities and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Assist in the training and development of installation crew members, promoting skill enhancement and professional growth.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to facilitate the timely delivery of materials and equipment required for installation work.
- Provide regular updates to project management regarding site progress, challenges, and any deviations from the project plan.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in construction management or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction or interior installation industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and installation techniques specific to interior projects.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate teams effectively.
- Attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Understanding of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to different project sites as required.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
