TiE Chandigarh is a local chapter of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE), dedicated to fostering entrepreneurship and innovation in the Chandigarh region. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to lead our efforts in supporting and nurturing the local startup ecosystem.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Program and Event Planning**:
Assist in planning and developing programs and events for local entrepreneurs.

Conduct market research to identify key focus areas and opportunities.
- **Program Management and Execution**:
Support the execution of programs and events, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth program delivery.
- **Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, industry experts, and other stakeholders.

Represent TiE Chandigarh and foster collaboration with external partners.
- **Mentorship and Support**:
Provide guidance and support to startup founders and aspiring entrepreneurs.

Connect participants with mentors, industry experts, and potential collaborators.
- **Evaluation and Continuous Improvement**:
Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and gather feedback from participants.

Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with the leadership team to enhance program delivery.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, entrepreneurship, or a related field.
- Experience in organizing events during college or university is highly desirable for fresh graduates.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of the Chandigarh startup ecosystem.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
