**Education**: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field
**Experience**: 1-3 Years

**Responsibilities**:

- Create **layout drawings** and site plans using AutoCAD
- Work closely with engineers and sales teams to prepare project designs
- Modify and update drawings based on client and management feedback
- Ensure drawings are accurate and as per government approvals (DTCP / RERA)
- Maintain and organize CAD files for all projects

**Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in **AutoCAD** (2D & 3D preferred)
- Knowledge of **plot layouts** and **real estate project drawings**:

- Understanding of **civil engineering basics**:

- Accuracy, attention to detail, and time management skills
