About Us:
We are Galexon Engineering Industries - an Industrial Robotic Automation and SPM Manufacturing Company established in 2013.
Our Mechanical CAD Training Center provides Mechanical Design Industrial Training with job opportunities for Mechanical, Automobile, Aeronautical, Mechatronics, and Robotics & Automation fresher graduates.

Job Role:
Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls and explain course details (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo)
- Handle incoming calls and convert leads into walk-ins/admissions
- Provide accurate information about course modules, fees, job support, etc.
- Coordinate with the academic and admissions teams

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of telecalling or counseling experience (preferably in CAD/technical training)
- Strong communication skills in English and local languages
- Basic understanding of CAD tools and mechanical engineering terminology
- Result-driven, friendly, and confident
- Good knowledge of engineering graduates’ needs related to AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Creo

Preferred Background:

- Experience in CAD technical training institutes, CAD centers, or ed-tech platforms
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Creo is an added advantage

Qualification:any degree or B.E/ B.tech Engineering Background

**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives + Insurance
(15% hike from previous company salary will be considered)
