TE Connectivity's Supply Chain Managers are responsible for the timely, cost-effective procurement, inventory control, planning and quality control of production materials. They ensure the availability of materials in the supply chain, as scheduled, and the maintenance of inventory at the established levels. They coordinate and integrate the flow of materials and information among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and customers, identifying opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness and capabilities of the supply chain. Resources are focused on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through production processes, and the establishment of key performance metrics and benchmarks to monitor actual performance against goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- S&OP - Lead the five stage-gate process of IBP calendar - Portfolio management, Demand Review, Supply Review, Integrated Reconciliation and Executive S&OP for Warehouse and Plants in India.
- Maintain demand masters - Baseline forecast, EOL, PCN, NPD and source discontinue.
- Demand planning
- Manage the long-term demand planning consensus process for business each month
- Capacity Planning - Coordinate with plants & Sales for capacity enhancement.
- Business analytics - Define KPI based on top line business strategy and long-term goals
- Business acumen - Should have deeper business understanding to proactively identify risks & opportunities via long/short-term forecasting as well marketing insights
- Inventory control - Manage the scheduling and inventory control of the assigned product groups
- Presentation: forecasting, pipeline analysis & mapping sales performance & taking weekly/Monthly calls to present the progress or gap in Sales & operations planning.
- Problem solver: Problem solving on internal challenges and creating innovative solutions.
- Stake holder management: To coordinate with global and local functions & Support the manager, Plant, trade, CS & Sales teams into Operation and sales planning by having long term forecast and analytical skills to identify error less short term forecast by capturing market inputs, also collaborate with teams across the organization to help track KPI.

**Education AND Knowdledge**:
Any Graduate degree

**Critical Experience**:

- 1-6 years of experience in Demand planning and S&OP
- Deeper supply chain knowledge and analytics experience in manufacturing/Service industry.
- Experience of effective collaboration in multiple regional teams set up & stake holder management
- Previous experience from automotive / service industry preferred.
- Expert in MS office, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP IBP (Demand planning)
