Supply Chain Coordinator

**DESCRIPTION**

**Job Summary**:
Under general supervision, this role leverages statistical analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and validated planning parameter settings to disaggregate the demand plan, determine optimal inventory levels, and align the supply plan with the demand plan. The goal is to drive stability and efficiency within the supply chain while meeting customer demands.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE)**:

- Report any work-related injury, illness, incident, or hazard.
- Comply with HSE standards, policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Engage in HSE training and practices.

**Quality**:

- Follow standard work, process documentation, and quality procedures.
- Perform quality checks on system planning parameters (e.g., inventory levels, re-order points).
- Take actions to support Plan for Every Part (PFEP).

**Delivery**:

- Conduct supply and demand analysis and identify potential concerns for the next 12 months.
- Compile and analyze data through primary and secondary research.
- Simulate planning parameter changes and provide reports on potential impacts to KPIs.
- Monitor and address abnormal demand or stock levels.
- Enter approved forecast adjustments to align with demand plans.
- Take ownership of disaggregate demand plans, supply plans, and inventory plans to meet customer needs.
- Remain flexible and assist with other duties to achieve business goals.

**Education, Licenses, Certifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a graduate degree (B. Com) is preferred.
- Licensing may be required for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

**Experience**
- Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Hands-on experience in managing supply chain activities and inventory processes.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**Skills/Knowledge**
- Coordination with multiple stakeholders and service providers.
- Regular communication with transporters and follow-ups with stores and receiving teams for material dispatch.
- Capture and report cross-charge and provision data for domestic shipments.
- Expertise in Excel, Ariba system, and Oracle.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ensure timely material movement and maintain shipment tracking.
